Public Concerts 2019

Malcolm Dalglish is coming!
YVM's long time friend and collaborator Malcolm Dalglish is coming to Australia for concerts with YVM, and then a tour to Scotland and Ireland with Exaudi. Malcolm is an amazing hammer dulcimer player, a great composer and a captivating performer. Come along and find out why we have been making music with Malcolm for nearly 25 years! There will be two concerts in Melbourne:

Picture Book featuring Malcolm with Exaudi, YVM and YVMen. Saturday 22nd June 7.30pm at the James Tatoulis Auditorium, MLC,  Barkers Rd Kew.

Little Picture Book featuring Malcolm with YVM, YVMen and our Training Choirs. Sunday 23rd June 3.00pm at the James Tatoulis Auditorium, MLC, Barkers Rd Kew.

Both concerts feature Malcolm Dalglish (hammer dulcimer), Peter Jacob (percussion) and Julia Piggin (piano) with the choirs, Mark O'Leary and Juliana Kay. Bookings: https://www.trybooking.com/BBVPQ


Training Choirs Concert - Sunday 8th September,  St John’s Southgate 3pm

Young Voices of Melbourne Senior, Junior and Beginning Training Choirs show off their singing in a delightful concert featuring our youngest musicians. Tickets $15 for adults and $5 for children available at the door.

Christmas Concerts - Sunday 8th December, Ian Roach Hall, Scotch College and Sunday 1st December (venue TBA)

YVM will be holding two Christmas Concerts this year.

On Sunday 1st December Exaudi, YVM and YVMen will perform a wonderful program to finish our year. (venue TBA)

On Sunday 8th December at Ian Roach Hall, Scotch College YVM, YVMen and the Training Choirs with show the best of what our younger singers can do. (5pm)
